Micro Tech is seeking an talented and motivated Manufacturing Planner for a vastly growing client. This is a position within a Manufacturing Facility specializing in the building of capital equipment (not a production line). 

Job Duties:

• Lead production reviews with each manufacturing cell to maintain system accuracy and meet customer needs
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Installation managers to schedule resources to meet the promised delivery dates
• Create production plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing and requirements
• Resolve schedule conflicts as they arise and prepare a project recovery schedule when needed
• Develop capacity planning tools to help identify bottlenecks, drive Manufacturing and Engineering level loading and continuous flow of work
• Navigate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning – Epicor preferred) system tools and automation to schedule material and production as required to meet customer needs
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
