Sub Assembler Opportunity:

The position involves completing assigned manufacturing tasks while adhering to schedules, policies, and procedures. The role requires minimal supervision on routine tasks but guidance on new assignments.

Responsibilities

-Ensuring work quality and timely completion, supporting Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives

- Tasks include bonding, potting, hand soldering (surface mount/thru-hole & wire bonding), and mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.

Additionally, the role requires reporting defective materials and completing work orders to ensure a continuous product flow to meet production and customer service goals.
