Responsibilities:
• Completion of cycle counts as provided by management
• Process and put away all returns
• Review all returns entered by Customer Service daily and research root cause of inventory-related issues such as pulling errors, orders that were billed but not shipped, etc
• Communicate with Customer Service and other appropriate team members on discrepancies and follow-up required
• Maintain a recorded log of items located or moved incorrectly
• Working with management in making determination on proper inventory placement for most efficient put away and picking processes
