Responsible for supporting machine installations, maintaining, and repairing injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment such as robotics, material handling, central drying system, conveyor systems and other associated production equipment.  Support new equipment installations including injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robotics. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems and return to serviceability. Test or calibrate components or equipment, following manufacturers' manuals and troubleshooting techniques, using hand tools, power tools, or measuring devices. Repair pick and place tooling, mechanical systems, and controls, calibrate and adjust pick/place points. Experience with material handling, automation and/or robotics equipment. Perform preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules as directed by project manager. Perform calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.
