  • Incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
  • Supports the kitting schedule working closely with the production team to expedite the flow of material to manufacturing work cells.
  • Understands the shipping schedules, orders, and other records to support shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, while utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
  • Helps prepare bills of lading and arranging of third-party trucking services.
  • Prepares shipment documentation for outgoing / overseas shipments.
  • Supports workers in shipping and receiving and material handling activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Warehouse experience (ideally as shipper/receivier)
  • Good communicator
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Good team player
  • Understanding of the company ERP system (EVO)
  • The ability to fully utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
