Job Description
The Assembler is responsible for packing and repacking products such as cable ties, mounting pads, and related components according to customer specifications and established quality standards. Responsibilities include labeling packages and cartons, inspecting parts for defects, verifying product counts and weights using scales, assembling cartons, palletizing completed orders, and staging finished products for shipment. The Assembler will also ensure order paperwork is accurate, communicate any production or order issues between shifts, notify the Shift Lead or Supervisor of problems, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements
Previous assembly, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Must have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and finger dexterity to inspect and handle small parts. Candidates must be able to perform basic math, follow written and verbal instructions, communicate using basic English, and work both independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to routinely lift and stack materials up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift more than 40 pounds.
