Looking for a technician to work in the Cleaning Spa area. Someone detail oriented and can think on the feet. Wil be cleaning lenses to remove dust or another debris and other manufacturing equipment such as Lenses/optics-wafers etc.] Will be using chemical solutions to clean the parts-good documentation and computer skills. Must be able to solve a problem if the solutions they are using are not cleaning but be able to figure out what chemical to use so it will not destroy the lenses etc.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional who would use cleaning solutions to clean the extra substrates from our products and moldings which requires a different level of skill, someone who has worked with such industrial grade cleaners. We are in the industry of metal coatings that are in powder form and therefore they adhere to the products/lenses after hours of processes. This leads to the coatings on the moldings as well and that goes to SPA. The experience in regular cleaning or shipping is not relevant
1st shift-overtime if needed. Attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to stand for extended period. Be able to work with standard lab solvents. Acetone, Methanol etc.….Basic Computer skills.
