Job Description: The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC laser equipment to manufacture high-quality precision components. This position includes selecting machine settings, making adjustments, setting up fixtures using vices, V-blocks, and rotary fixtures, validating part quality and dimensional consistency, and modifying programs as needed. The operator will work with CNC and G-code programming, follow blueprints and work instructions, inspect finished parts, troubleshoot basic machine or process issues, and ensure production jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Requirements: Candidates should have strong experience setting up and operating CNC equipment and be able to read blueprints, understand geometric tolerances, and perform dimensional inspection. CNC programming and G-code knowledge are required, along with an understanding of feeds, speeds, machine parameters, and material properties. Candidates should be comfortable using precision measuring equipment and have strong troubleshooting, quality, and time-management skills. Experience with laser equipment, CAD software, Alphacam, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software is a plus.
