Manufacturing Company is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for an opportunity with vast room for growth and advancement into the supervisor/management role! This opportunity is full time, Monday - Friday and full comprehensive benefits package offered after contract period.
- Interacts with employees, managers and outside vendors in a responsive, customer-focused manner and is sensitive to confidential information
- Maintains employee personnel files, training/ skills matrix and conducts ongoing audits
- Ensures timely distribution & calculation of timesheets
- Conduct searches for all personnel needs both internally and through recruiting agencies.
- Assist with new hire orientation, termination and data change requests
- Enrollment & Termination of all Employee Benefits
- Responsible for benefit enrollments and changes including review and verification of monthly invoices
- Schedules and conducts interviews
- Assists with the preparation and maintenance of the performance review process.
- Performs administrative tasks for the management team
- Inputs all training records directly into the training database
- Maintains and updates training materials & provides training reports as required
- Supports ISO Program through management of the training program administration and coordinating quality data and distribution
- Assists with the update and communication of Employee handbook & policies
